Falmouth Farm & Stables is a planned equestrian community situated on 706 prime acres in the heart of rural Wisconsin in ArenaTownship. There are two main components defining the Falmouth community. The residential community consists of 22 two acre lots on 640 acres of property. The nearly 600 acres of "common property" or greenspace, is owned equally among the 22 community Association members. The second component is a commercial, state of the art equestrian boarding facility with 66 acres of pasture and turnouts. The new 40,500 SF equestrian center and renovated barn has 45 large stalls, two tack rooms, wash racks, a 100ft x 225ft indoor arena, and a luxury clubhouse. Lot owners have access to the stable and stable boarders have access to the Falmouth trails. With professional horse care, indoor & outdoor arenas, round pens, and miles of trails for riding, life at Falmouth is horse heaven!
