Falmouth Stables Club strives to provide the best quality care for your horse and enjoyment for you. Our professional stable manager has more than 20 years experience in the management and training of horses and riders.
The newly renovated barn which is temperature/ humidity controlled and ventilated is open but at capacity - check with us for availablity. The new 30 horse stable in the Equestrian Center has just opened and space is available there.
Your horse’s safety and security are our first concern. The ca 1917 barn has been completely rewired and includes a state of the art smoke/heat detection system with 24 hr video camera surveillance. Similar systems exist in the new Equestrian Center as well.
Lessons, trail rides, horse training and shows are just some of the equestrian activities managed through the Club. Boarders have access to the following club features:
• Renovated vintage barn with 15 large stalls (most 12x12), wash rack, tack room, air conditioned break room. New stable with 30, 12x12 stalls with all the amenities
• Indoor riding arena (100x225) Outdoor riding arena (125x250) and two round pens
Alfalfa and timothy mix hay • Daily feeding of nutritionally balanced grain mix featuring Buckeye Products
• Daily turnout, weather permitting
• Daily stall cleaning
• Re-bedding weekly or as needed
• Use of locked, heated tack rooms with saddle racks
• Use of heated wash racks
• On call veterinarian service (your own vet is okay, too!)
• Trails marked “Easiest” to “Most Difficult”
• Lessons/guides available
• Guest horses available
• Rustic camping for club members and their guests
• Use of miles of groomed trails throughout 700 acres of fields and hills with mixed deciduous and coniferous forests
The newly opened Equestrian Center (40,500 sf) includes a two-story club house featuring: locker rooms, bar, entertainment center, fireplace, exercise and massage rooms, hot tub, screened porch and sun deck.
